Introducing: Welbee’s Loyalty Club

Combining four of Malta’s most loved supermarkets; Park Towers, Valyou, Tower & Trolees under one roof. Although these supermarkets now have a new name, Welbee’s, they still retain the same brands with added value. Welbee’s “are committed to continu[ing] to invest in [their] people and [their] shopping experience to merit loyalty from [their] customers”, they tasked us with creating their rewards marketing platform so as to keep their customers engaged and coming back for more. We used our API to create a custom built application to enable Welbee’s to reward their loyal customers. 

How the rewards application benefits customers

  • For every €1 you spend you will receive 1 point
  • Carrefour Products attract double points for every €1
  • When spending €50 or more at any of our 8 store locations you are entitled to choose either €3 cash in card or 400 bonus points
  • With every €100 you spend you are entitled to choose either €7 cash in card or 1000 bonus points or 18 bottles of water or 5 bottles of soft drinks
  • Personalised offers exclusive for Loyalty App holders
  • Offers exclusive for loyalty club holders

How the rewards application benefits Welbee’s

  • Obtain customer’s data about what they bought, where they bought it, where they spent their points, the last time they visited the store
  • Obtain customer data about frequency of store visits, etc.

Responsibilities of the project

  • Migrating data from Welbee’s previous rewards solutions and amalgamating them onto one platform.
  • Providing hosting services driven by Loyale’s servers.
  • Delivering our rewards marketing platform software (back-end), as well as off-site support for program management
