The website acts as their Employee Hub, displaying their core corporate values. Through the development of the website, they introduced the Leading Stars scheme. Employees are able to connect with one another and nominate each other based on their efforts for living out their corporate values in their work life.
The goal of the microsite was to set a standard for the company and influence employee actions and behaviours.
