The process of creating the chocolate bar began from designing a 3D model which was then 3D printed using a heat resistant material. The next step was to create moulds off of the 3D printed model of the bar in a vacuum former.
The moulds were then filled with chocolate by a local artisan with three different flavours; milk chocolate, dark chocolate with Californian almonds and white chocolate and pistachio.
The outer packaging for each flavour of chocolate was also designed by our team. We created a custom cutter for a box to house the chocolate bars. Our team also designed the unique duster bag that would nicely group together the chocolates creating a very special corporate Christmas gift for our clients.
