The Challenge

United Group had evolved significantly as a business, but its digital presence needed to evolve with it.

The challenge was to create a website that could bring together a diverse portfolio of businesses and services under one clear digital experience, while refreshing the group’s visual identity without losing the recognition built over time.

We started by looking at both sides of the challenge: the brand and the digital experience.

The logo was refined to create a more balanced, contemporary identity, supported by a refreshed visual system and brand guidelines. At the same time, we restructured the website around clearer navigation, content hierarchy, and user journeys.

The result was a digital experience designed to make a complex group easier to understand and explore.
