The new design is clean, intuitive, and aligned with Golden Gate’s brand identity, making it easier for customers to navigate the site and find the products they need.
We significantly improved the discoverability and searchability of products, ensuring that customers can quickly locate the items they are looking for. The enhanced search functionality now allows users to filter products by category, price, and other relevant criteria, streamlining the shopping experience and reducing the time spent searching for specific items.
The checkout process was another key area of focus. We optimised it to be more efficient and user-friendly, minimising friction and ensuring a smooth transition from cart to purchase. Additionally, we introduced the ability to allocate multiple pricing tiers for different customer segments, allowing Golden Gate to offer personalised pricing based on customer type, such as wholesale buyers or loyal repeat customers.
To further enhance customer engagement, we integrated the website with our rewards platform, Loyale. This integration enables Golden Gate to reward customers for their purchases, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business. Additionally, the platform collects valuable customer data, providing insights that Golden Gate can use to tailor their offerings and marketing strategies.
