Overview
We built a responsive microsite in collaboration with Generate Leads Online (GLO) UK, for Motus Truck & Van.
The website acts as their Employee Hub, displaying their core corporate values. Through the development of the website, they introduced the Leading Stars scheme. Employees are able to connect with one another and nominate each other based on their efforts for living out their corporate values in their work life.
The goal of the microsite was to set a standard for the company and influence employee actions and behaviours.
Project outcomes
– An on brand fully responsive microsite with their corporate values clearly displayed.
– An intuitive nomination entry form with clear CTA’s strategically positioned throughout the website to drive engagement.
– An Employee Hub that reflects the company and its values and reflects its corporate identity.
