An open letter to our clients

Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19,and the preventive measures being taken in response to it, we have decided that it is best for us to conduct our work from home.

We are sure many of you can understand the struggle of being a parent and having your children stay home from school, and working remotely allows the responsible parents in our team to be able to take care of their children.

Even though we are working remotely our team is fully equipped and ready to help you in any way possible. With this in mind, we will need to work very closely with you and should you have any problems we are always available for a call. If you would rather we meet in person, and If you haven’t visited any “high risk” locations in the recent past, we are more than happy to come visit you. That being said, the quality of our service to you as our clients and your health and safety will always remain our top priority.

David G. Allen says it best : “Patience is the calm acceptance that things can happen in a different order than the one you have in mind.”

In the meantime, please try to follow the guidelines passed on by the government and medical institutions. We encourage you to support your customers in this crisis as we are ready to support you so that when this is all over we can seize any opportunities that may arise.

Lastly, let’s keep ourselves safe. It’s simpler than you think.
